Shelley serves with Tandem Ministries by training staff in their personal ministry partner development - she helps disciple-makers get to the field, be effective on the field and stay on the field! She also equips young Christians at AUT North to reach the lost. 
Mike works as an accountant with the goal to use his skills on mission.
